Welcome to Warmly!
I’m Nurse Bailey, and I’m grateful to be by your side.
I’m Bailey Van Liew, BSN, RN, NC-BC (Candidate)—a proud Virginia Beach native, experienced Registered Nurse, and founder of Warmly Nursing Concierge. I live in the Little Neck area of Virginia Beach with my husband, our two young children, and goldendoodle. Both personally and professionally, I understand how complex and emotional the healthcare journey can be.
With over a decade of Intensive Care Unit experience across multiple specialties, I’ve supported countless patients and families through their most challenging medical situations and end-of-life transitions. But it’s my personal experiences that deepened my passion for advocacy: navigating two high-risk pregnancies and births, supporting a child with special needs, advocating for my husband through a serious misdiagnosis, and helping care for my grandparents through chronic illnesses and end of life. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, uncertain, and trying to make difficult decisions under pressure.
In 2019, I was honored to receive the nationally recognized DAISY Award for compassionate, patient-centered care and coaching. That same commitment to advocacy led me to create Warmly—a way to combine my clinical expertise with thoughtful, personalized guidance for families facing health challenges.
At Warmly, I serve clients as an advocate, coach, and agent under medical power of attorney — licensed, HIPAA-compliant, and professionally insured — offering calm, competent support when needed most.
Whether you're facing a new diagnosis, juggling care and decisions for yourself or a loved one, or simply unsure where to start, I’m here to walk alongside you—warmly and wisely.
“I believe quality care means more than checking boxes—it’s about listening deeply, honoring each client’s goals, and turning overwhelm into peace of mind. My approach blends clinical expertise with a personal touch, empowering you to feel supported and confident in every decision.”

At this time, our concierge RN advocacy and care management services are private pay. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance plans. However, many clients find the investment valuable for avoiding unnecessary hospital visits, improving care coordination, and reducing stress.
-
Yes, I can guide you through the process of exploring Medicaid and Medicare options by connecting you with the right resources like elder law attorneys or benefits advisors.
-
I work with individuals, families, caregivers, and professional partners who are navigating complex healthcare and life planning decisions.
I also partner with Elder Law and Estate Planning attorneys to support clients who need trusted healthcare guidance and decision-making support. This includes situations where clients require a knowledgeable healthcare professional to serve as a Medical Power of Attorney (MPOA), or when families need additional support understanding care options, transitions, and medical decision-making within the context of legal and financial planning.
Whether you are an individual seeking clarity or a professional looking to enhance client support, my role is to provide informed, compassionate, and clinically grounded guidance.
You don’t need to navigate these decisions alone. If you are feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply want experienced support in making informed choices, I am here to help guide you through each step with clarity and care.
-
Yes. I can support long-distance caregivers who need a trusted Registered Nurse to help coordinate care, communicate with local providers, and provide clarity around what is happening with their loved one’s health and care plan.
This type of support can be especially helpful when family members live out of state or are unable to attend frequent appointments but still want to remain informed and involved in decision-making.
As a Healthcare Advocate, I help bridge communication gaps by assisting with provider updates, helping interpret medical information, supporting care coordination, and ensuring important details are clearly understood by the family.
My role is not to replace family involvement, but to strengthen it—so you can stay informed, confident, and connected, even when you cannot be physically present.
-
Yes. I visit wherever you call home—whether that’s your own house or a care facility. I always support clients in staying at home if it’s safe and possible, and I’ll help find the services needed to make that work. But if a move to assisted living, rehab, or another care setting becomes necessary, I can guide you through the process, help explore your options, and make the transition as smooth as possible.
