It was developed from over a decade of experience as a multi-specialty ICU nurse, where I learned how essential clarity, structure, and calm are in high-pressure environments. Over time, I also saw a consistent pattern: many caregivers and professionals weren’t struggling because they lacked capability, but because they lacked systems of support that actually fit the reality of their lives.
